Hyperion Imaging Supplies are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any cartridge found to be defective will be replaced or a refund will be issued.

Under normal use, Hyperion cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any printing mechanism. If a defect in a cartridge causes machine failure, all reasonable service and repair costs will be reimbursed provided a written service report clearly states that the cartridge is the sole cause of damage. The service report will be from an authorized service technician, signed and dated.
It is recommended that routine maintenance is performed on all printing devices in accordance with the manufacturer recommended schedule.
Liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and takes place of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

We guarantee each cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
